Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is about how we will ensure that you, our client, receive the home care service that you deserve and require. We dedicate ourselves to ensure that our service is not only effective but is given to you with dignity and respect.

After you first contact us we will arrange a visit to you in your home at a convenient time for you. We will discuss your needs and if you decide to engage us we will provide you with a written Support Plan. Your Support Plan will provide you with details of the service we will provide to you. It is our commitment to you.

Care Quality Commission

Sunshine Coast Support are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Registration with the Care Quality Commission ensures that we are qualified to employ staff, provide you with personal care such as washing and dressing and to administer your medication should you need us to.

The CQC are a Government body who ensure that Care Agencies are acting correctly in the services that they provide. They inspect all agencies regularly to ensure this is the case.

Support With Confidence

Sunshine Coast Support is also registered with the East Sussex County Council Support with Confidence scheme.

This is similar to The Care Quality Commission. However it is an organisation fully supported by East Sussex County Council. They ensure that agencies like Sunshine Coast Support are providing the best possible service to their clients. Staff

All our home care staff are fully trained and dedicated to providing you with an excellent and caring service. All staff have been checked under The Disclosure and Barring Service. (This was formerly known as the CRB check)
